I am DONA (Doulas of North America) trained. I am also trained in Yes To Birth with Rachel Yellin, Hypnobirthing, The Bradley Method, Spinning Babies, When Survivors Give Birth, Family Equality Open Door Professional Training (Supporting LGBTQ+ families and Transgender Fertility), Birthing Beyond The Binary and Lactation Support to better understand some of the complications of nursing and solutions thereof.

As of August, 2020, I have done over 140 births at hospitals, birth centers and homes in the Bay Area (mostly SF and East Bay). I enthusiastically support all families especially those that identify as part of the BIPOC, AAPI, and LGBTQIA+ communities. I am so grateful for every opportunity I am given to be a part of a birth.
