Whether you are looking for someone to support you during your birth, or afterward, I'm here for you. I can cook you meals, provide assistance with baby care & make sure you are able to focus on healing and caring for your new infant.

I will nurture you, keep you well-fed, hydrated, & keep you all as comfortable as possible, no matter how many pillows it may take. I am here to relieve stress, help to normalize the birth & postpartum process & discuss fears.
