City Arts and Technology (CAT) is a tuition-free public charter high school (grades 9-12) located in beautiful San Francisco dedicated to transforming students’ lives by preparing them for success in college and in life. CAT offers students a rigorous academic experience and a diverse, compassionate community in which to grow. Our students are inspired and empowered to be leaders in their high school education and their communities.

CAT is one of three Envision Schools opened by Envision Education, a nonprofit founded in 2002.
