Welcome to the East Palo Alto Phoenix Academy!

We are on a mission to get our students ready to complete college and start their careers. In fact, our vision is that “All EPAPA graduates will be critically literate and empowered to leverage college to create a more just world.” This is not just a slogan. This drives the work that we do every day. We understand that this is no easy task.However, the people who work at EPAPA have committed themselves to educating the next generation and believe in our students and their abilities to succeed.

At East Palo Alto Phoenix Accademy, we want everyone to feel welcome regardless of race, ethnicity, country of origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ability.

This year, we are focusing heavily on improving our students’ reading skills because the ability to read and comprehend is necessary in many aspects of life. Our goals for this school year include doubling the percentage of students reading on grade level and making sure that at least 80% of our students meet their personal growth goals. This will move us closer to seeing our vision realized.
