Preparing a child for a world that doesn’t even exist yet is a daunting task so, how do we do that at STM? We start with extraordinary teachers that promote a loving and nurturing environment that encourage learning for knowledge, not just a letter grade. Students practice problem solving, thinking analytically, collaborating, communicating, and taking accountability in an ethical and Christ-centered way. Students are supported with differentiated data driven instruction, continually updated technology, adaptive software, and a Learning Lab that provides intervention and enrichment. Academic excellence is just the beginning, we offer additional opportunities to fall in love with learning through: Spanish, music, band, drama, art, year book, outdoor educational trips, service and leadership opportunities, middle school electives and collaboration time. Our large on-site field and gymnasium enhance many of our programs, including the PE and sports programs.

Educational research shows that one of the most important characteristics of an effective school is a strong home-school relationship. We believe at STM that parents are the primary educators of their children and we work hand-in-hand with our parents to create an environment that exudes Catholic values and allows students to excel to the best of their ability.
