Early motherhood wasn't easy for me. I struggled as a new mom, searched far and wide for solutions, and found help along the way: couples counseling, parenting classes, one-on-one coaching, online self-help programs, even a life coach certification program. I made a lot of mistakes and took a number of wrong turns while building the life I wanted because there wasn't one program to turn to for all the answers.

But the information I gathered along the way was life-changing, not just for me but now for my clients, too.
