St. Brendan Parish School is committed to providing the highest quality Catholic education for each student. We focus on teaching the child to be an active Christian, responsible individual, life-long learner, effective communicator, and problem solver.

St. Brendan Parish School is a co-educational Catholic grammar school (K through 8) in San Francisco with a total enrollment of 322 students. The school provides a rigorous academic curriculum designed to develop age-appropriate mastery of skills in elementary subjects. In addition to our core curriculum we offer instruction in Mandarin in kindergarten, Spanish in grades 1-8, technology, music, dance, and art.

By the eighth grade, our students' average standardized test scores are in the 86-96% range (i.e. in top 15% percent of the nation), and virtually all of our graduates have gone on to San Francisco’s best college preparatory high schools, including St. Ignatius, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Convent, Stuart Hall, Archbishop Riordan, Mercy, Lick Wilmerding, University, and Lowell.

St. Brendan alumni have continued their education at the finest universities in the country, including all of the UC campuses, Annapolis, West Point, Columbia, Fordham, Georgetown, Cornell, Stanford, Harvard, and Yale.
