Fremont Christian School was opened by First Assembly of God, Fremont in Fall 1968 with Rev. C.K. Rankin as the first principal. Senior Pastor Leroy Cloud led the congregation in its desire to establish a K-12 program in the city of Fremont. As a department of First Assembly of God, Fremont Christian School was conceived to not only provide a service to Christian parents but also to be an evangelistic outreach to the community for any family open to spiritual growth, character formation and academic attainment.
