The mission of Shelton’s Primary Education Center is to serve and benefit its community by providing a safe and nurturing environment that encourages positive growth and development in children and gives them a strong foundation, rich in their cultural heritage and awareness of the world.

Our Philosophy

We believe that children learn best when they have many opportunities to interact and converse with each other, and balance child-initiated learning with teacher-directed activities.


At Shelton’s we put a great deal of energy into creating the best learning environment. We nurture the whole child by providing an excellent academic program, and a play environment that is the magic ingredient for healthy growth.
