Currently on 12th Street, American Indian Public Charter School II serves 650 inner-city students from grades K – 8. The focus of AIPCS II has been excellent student attendance (99.5%) and rigorous curriculum standards, which helps ensure the academic needs of our students.
With the top API score in Oakland this past 2011-2012 school year, AIPCS Il and its students have also exceeded the standards set forth by the No Child Left Behind Act each year. Demographically, 78% of AIPCS II students are socio-economically disadvantaged, and 99% are minorities.
