John B. Riebli School opened in August of 1992, becoming the third elementary school in the Mark West Union School District. Riebli School is located in the unincorporated area of Larkfield, which is just north of the city of Santa Rosa.
The school serves over 500 students in grades kindergarten through sixth. Our school staff includes 23 classroom credentialed teachers, a reading specialist, a Resource Specialist Teacher, a Speech and Language therapist, classroom instructional assistants, library manager, a Computer Lab Technician, a Counselor with two interns, a psychologist, a school nurse and additional support staff.
Parents are formally involved in Riebli School through School Site Council and the Parent Teacher Association. We have a very active volunteer program at the school, and before and after school child care is provided on our campus by the Extended Child Care Coalition of Sonoma County.
