IT ALL STARTED WHEN… In late 2012 Alan Connealy collaborated with APEX School of Movement to become the first parkour and ninja warrior training facility in the Bay Area. Over the last decade, Alan has held to one of his favorite quotes from Henry Ford; surround yourself with people who know more than you.
