Description

San Anselmo's most developed park has several sports fields, grassy areas, tennis courts, outdoor facilities and a children's playground.

Millennium Playground was built by 1,500 volunteers in May 2000 during a one week period. The playground was designed by the children of San Anselmo and incorporates San Anselmo themes, such as a train depot, seminary tower and Town Hall tower.

Elders’ Garden is located adjacent to Millennium Playground. The garden was designed to bring together generations. It is tranquil, relaxing place for sitting, contemplating, or playing chess, checkers or horseshoes, and provides wonderful opportunities for school groups to learn about gardening.

Bathroom facilities, water, and picnic tables are provided. The park is located at Veterans Place, a right turn off of San Francisco Boulevard, with parking available.
