The Mountain View Whisman School District Preschool Program accepts applications for the preschool waiting list on an on-going basis. As part of our commitment to providing a high quality, early childhood classroom experience, our program uses a developmentally based curriculum that is aligned with California Department of Education's frameworks and foundations for preschool. All of our sites are independently rated as high quality through California's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS http://www.first5kids.org/early-learning/qris). Our classroom and office staff work diligently with our students and their families to build a strong foundation in early learning that will last a lifetime.

Preschool classrooms are located at Castro and Theuerkauf School sites. All families are eligible for preschool services. Some families may qualify for FREE preschool based on income and family size. There are fee-based spaces available for families who do not qualify for free preschool.
