The Mulberry School is a private preschool located in a quiet Berkeley hills neighborhood. It is a child-centered learning environment in which children build skills, form positive relationships and gain confidence as they transition from home to school. Our philosophy has been influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach and Emergent curriculum. Our school day encompasses free play outdoors in our large, shaded play yard or garden and inside our cozy light-filled classroom. Project work includes literature, movement, music, art and scientific inquiry.
