The Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County – known as 4Cs – is a non-profit agency located in Sonoma County, California.
4Cs is dedicated to supporting and providing quality, accessible and affordable preschool and child care services for children, families and child care professionals through education, resources, and direct services. 4Cs also operates 11 state-funded preschools throughout Sonoma county.

Flowery State Preschool is a part-day bilingual school (English/Spanish), where the child’s home language is treasured and also supplemented by another language. Flowery Preschool is Reggio-inspired, with a welcoming, nurturing, and home like environment. Teachers promote positive social interactions with the children, while also giving them the tools to navigate their way through conflict and problem-solving opportunities. A day at Flowery Preschool is filled with activities that will ignite curiosity, inspire creativity, and challenge the children to practice and learn new skills. Dropping off their children, parents can expect that their child will be kept safe, treated with respect, and will have fun building strong relationships with their teachers and peers.
