Alamo Rotary Egg Hunt is coming up, so grab your baskets and get ready for a cracking good time! Not only can you have fun searching the field for eggs filled with candy and prizes, but you'll also be helping those in need. All proceeds from the hunt will go toward Rotarcare, Alamo Roadside Cleanup, School Education Materials, Meals on Wheels, and programs abroad to help improve the lives of those living in poverty.

Every year, Eggster holds the largest annual egg hunt and learning festival in the Bay Area. It is a fun, free educational event that consists of activities booths, performances, and egg hunts to inspire the young children to the benefits of pursuing higher education.

This year, our event is called “Eggventure Time”, and the theme is dedicated to encouraging creativity to imagine new worlds and new experiences to pursue. We highly encourage anyone to dress up.

Our event this year will be held at the Campanile Esplanade (outdoors!) on campus on Saturday, April 15th, 2023. The event is set to run from 10am to 5pm in 2 hour sessions.

This hands-on workshop will introduce children to the joy of natural dyes while they make their own patterns on eggs with brilliant plant-based colors.

Join us April 8 and 9 for an egg-ceptional weekend of festive Fairyland fun for everyone. Your little ones will be egg-static to join in all the spring themed games, like “Pin the tail on the bunny”, “Hopscotch through the park”, and many more! But wait, the plot chickens! Everybunny loves an egg hunt and we’ll have one each day at noon.

Come on and get a rabbit rhythm with a very special performance by The Tap Dancing Easter Bunnies, click clacking their way across Aesop’s Playhouse at 11:30 on both Saturday and Sunday! After all the inspiring dance, you’ll want to cuddle up with your little fluffs for The Puppet Company’s production of “Grandpa Bunny’s Eggciting Day”. Your kiddos will be mesmerized by this beautiful show featuring hand and rod puppets who tell the tale of how eggs are colored by rabbits for so many spring festivities each year.

As an egg-stra bonus, kids will be going home with a bag o’goodies full of sweet treats and egg-tivities to play at home! We can’t wait to bunny it up with you all weekend long!

The Easter bunny is heading to SF Zoo on April 1st to host four egg hunts featuring a Kinder Joy® treat + toy. This year, be sure to participate in a fun scavenger hunt, pick up your clues at the Playground and come back to pick up your Kinder Joy® treat + toy! While at the playground, be sure to take a photo with the Easter bunny, who will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participation for each hunt is limited to 150 kids per hunt and reservations must be made in advance. Member reservations and tickets are not included in the egg hunt registration. Your ticket purchase must be made separately. You can find the link to register by clicking “Purchase Tickets” on our homepage and then clicking “Special Programs. Reservations for the egg hunt are now OPEN.

SCAVENGER HUNT

All guests can also participate in an exclusive scavenger hunt to discover egg-laying animals around the Zoo! The scavenger hunt will take place on April 1st from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please pick up a scavenger hunt form at the Playground on Saturday. Completed hunt forms can be redeemed by 1 p.m.

The South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up for our annual Easter Bunny experience! This event brings you the 92nd annual event on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Orange Memorial Park Soccer Field in South San Francisco. Pre-registration required. Come join us for the 22nd Annual Bunnies & Bonnets Parade in Downtown Campbell! This annual Easter Parade tradition features marching bands, dancers, animals, community groups, local organizations, and more. It's a wonderful Campbell tradition the entire family can enjoy!

The parade will start at the east end of Downtown, by the VTA Light Rail tracks and run along Campbell Avenue to Third Street. It will be held rain or shine.

The parade will follow the Annual Campbell Eggstravaganza, held at the Campbell Community Center. Walk over after the Easter Egg hunt with one of our Parade Bunnies and grab a spot on the sidewalk along E. Campbell Avenue.

This is a very popular event and the egg hunt can get chaotic despite the best efforts of the Campbell Kiwanis and their friends. If your child is very sensitive, you can still have a wonderful time, but please take precautions.

Please bring a bag or basket for your child. 23,000 colored plastic eggs will be sprinkled throughout the soccer field for them to find. That may seem like a lot of eggs, but they are all picked up within minutes - those kids are fast!

Grab your family and friends and get energized for the Big Bunny 5K. Everyone can participate, from competitive runners to first-time runners, walkers, or hoppers.

The Big Bunny 5K is less about who finishes first and more about creating a positive healthy and connected community. Run, walk, or hop to the Big Bunny 5K and Kids Fun Run, this is an event you won't want to miss. The event will go on, rain or shine!

Easter Egg Hunt & Performance Featuring: SVCM Instructor Performances

Meet our musical faculty and watch them perform various pieces and tunes. Following the performances, there will be Easter based activities where you can bring home eggs and decorate them in our recital hall.

On Saturday, April 1st and Sunday, April 2nd between 12pm-4pm, the public is invited to participate in the 2023 Downtown Benicia Egg Hunt. This is a FREE event for all, co-sponsored by Benicia Main Street and Compass Real Estate Team.

All participating businesses will be given a designated egg to display in their respective business window. Attendees who are participating can pick up a game card at Benicia Main Street, 90 First Street, or download from Benicia Main Street, directing them to solve the puzzle by visiting each business front. Game card coming soon!

Each egg will have a picture and letter with a corresponding space on the game card. Once all store fronts have been visited, the game card will be completed and participants can collect a prize and get a picture with the Easter Bunny at Compass, 615 First St., between 1-4pm both April 1st & 2nd.
